- 5 stars, 5 Jan 2025: They opened my lock when my spare key wasn't recognised, and then they did fingerprint authentication, reset the PIN and even replaced the battery - they're the best technicians ever. It cost me $200, but in Japan, that's about the price you'd pay just to open a lock, so I'm very happy with the reasonable price considering Singapore's high prices. Thank you!
