- 1 stars, 9 Aug 2026: A Moving Company You’ll Regret Hiring I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using this moving company. Based on my experience, hiring them was a decision I genuinely regretted. The overall service was disappointing and far below what I expected from a professional moving company. I would not use their service again, and I cannot recommend them to others. If you are considering hiring this company, I suggest doing your research carefully and looking at other options first.
- 1 stars, 18 Jun 2026: Horrible delivery company. No one speaks English there at all and super unresponsive to texts. I can’t even call them because they won’t understand what I’m talking about. They told me that my goods have been cleared and ready to be delivered less than 15 hours in advance. They should have called me to update the approximate date of custom clearance prior to the actual clearance, not 2 days after. They also don’t offer more than 3 days of free storage and will charge you an arm and a leg for the extra day of storage! They didn’t inform you when the items is cleared custom on purpose for sure t

The company informed me that cargo arriving at their warehouse would only enjoy 3 days of free storage, after which storage charges would apply. Based on this information, I had to rearrange my personal schedule and make special arrangements for someone to be available to receive the shipment on Thursday. However, after I adjusted my plans, the company informed me that they could not guarantee delivery on Thursday because there might not be a delivery route available that day, and asked whether I could accept delivery on Friday instead. A staff member comes to your place beforehand to deliver carton boxes and provide an estimate of the volume and total cost—no hidden fees or extra charges later on. The movers are friendly, professional, and careful. My belongings and the property were handled with great care, with no damage at all.
