- 1 stars, 8 Jan 2025: Unprofessional, unethical and an utter ordeal - I would give it 0 stars if I could. Once the pick up was arranged, they became unresponsive. Had to follow up multiple times on pick up, invoice and re-installation. Real kicker was the silence on re-installation date. Pinged them both over WhatsApp and Carousell, and they finally responded with “12-2pm” at 11.30am, after we agreed on 3pm to 5pm. And then demanded payment or wouldn’t arrange re-installation. So I paid, and they went silent again. Managed to get hold of the delivery / installation guy on the side, who was probably the only decent

My place was unfurnished by the time they arrived - which was 30 minutes later than agreed - and they still charged me the $20 optional add-on because apparently my unit was larger than expected and the cleaners had to clean for an extra hour. Shouldn’t I be receiving an apology for them not being able to keep to the three hour timeframe they promised and inconveniencing me to stay out of my flat for longer while they cleaned? We usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt based on Google reviews, as we believe in giving them a fair chance. But in this case, you should run as far away as possible.
