This was the only supplier who replied by asking, "Can you send a video of the issue?" instead of immediately saying, "An onsite inspection costs $XX." From there, they asked for a few more photos, gave me some great advice, and guided me step-by-step through the troubleshooting process. - 5 stars, 12 Jun 2026: Very super fast service, call and arrange for a service and it’s delivered within the same day, for my case it took just 3 hours. Gate motor fixed within the hour with reasonable charges, full recommendation if you got issues with your auto gate or the motor.

There has been good customer service by Mr Ng and his team; they have provided reasonably promptly support over the phone and through site visits and the issues have since been rectified.
