- 5 stars, 12 Dec 2025: We were asked to help feed a few pets for a friend whose whole family was on vacation overseas. Accidentally, the only key was left behind the locked door, and the pin pad of the Samsung digital lock was malfunctioning. So the only means left to open the door was through fingerprints but the family was overseas and surely the rabbit couldn’t wait for a whole week before the next meal! Victor came to our rescue quickly and he demonstrated highly professional skills. Really appreciate your great services, Victor!

- 5 stars, 5 Jan 2025: I had to WhatsApp Victor this morning because I got myself locked out of a room in my condo. Victor was super responsive at 7:30 AM and came within 20 minutes. He charged a very reasonable rate and was fast and professional. Plus he didn’t ask me to give him five stars or review him, so I’m happy to recommend him as an honestly satisfied customer.
