- 1 stars, 7 Sep 2026: [UPDATE] Posting this again for the benefit of objectivity to potential customers. The post below had been taken down twice because the company is not open to constructive criticism. —- The units have stopped blowing cold air again. Less than 3 months after they replaced my units with their second hand machines. Same technicians came to investigate and diagnosed it had a leak but couldn’t confirm where. Suggested I did a pressure test and was quoted $152 just to do a test. I am so tired of this company milking my hard earned money for something that had started off originally as a water leak.
- 5 stars, 2 Sep 2026: Highly recommended air-con service provider. The technician fully dismantled my air conditioner and cleaned it thoroughly, unlike the previous service provider, who cleaned it without taking it down.
