- 1 stars, 3 Dec 2025: Cockroach issue not settled. Supposed to have one month warranty but no technician sent down despite checking in with them again. No effort to inform us again on when the technician can come down again. Invoice was sent after that to ask for payment (one month after treatment). Worst $180 I have ever spent and problem still not resolved. Would advise to never get this company for your pest issues.
- 5 stars, 23 Apr 2025: Thanks to Aimpest and their technicians for helping to keep my hawker stall pest free. Highly professional and always patient to answer my questions. Field service reports are furbished on time with actions and pest control equipment/tools used for that session. Would highly recommend them!
- 5 stars, 12 May 2023: I am delighted to provide a short testimonial for Aimpest Management team. They were an absolute lifesaver when I needed to clear my F&B kitchen on short notice. Their professionalism and efficiency were truly commendable. Despite the tight timeline, they managed to complete the task swiftly and effectively, exceeding my expectations. I highly appreciate their prompt response and the quality of their work. Mr. Rosli and his team demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need. Thank you once again for your invaluable ass
- 5 stars, 8 Feb 2023: Engaged Aimpest back in 2021 to clear a beehive forming on the clothes rack. Overall experience was fuss free and professional. Contacted Mr Luq and a technician was arranged to clear the beehive within the hour. Procedures were highlighted beforehand and Erman was very diligent and meticulous in removing the beehive. Photos were sent before and after the removal. Charges are reasonable and value for money. Mr Luq is always available to chat and give the exact advices regarding different types of pest through out the years. Definitely will recommend Aimpest to my peers in the future.
- 5 stars, 12 Jan 2023: Acted in great response and handle our requests professionally.
- 5 stars, 11 Jan 2023: Mr. Luq, the Sales Manager is helpful in providing advice, quick in response, helpful and professional in his job. Mr. Azhar and Mr. Rahim are friendly and carried out the job professionally. Showed photo and explained how the job was done and advised on how to avoid reoccurrence. Overall, very satisfied with the quality and service level of the job done.
