Before the visit, I asked a completely standard question: what happens if we're not satisfied after the first service, can we redo it, refund, etc. Instead of answering, they became defensive, said asking that question made them "lose confidence," and repeatedly told me they didn't want to take the booking anymore, even after I reassured them multiple times that I was happy with their communication and just wanted to understand their process. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable esp Kang. Most important there is no hard selling . Without hesitation, we decided to take up their contract. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who are seeking for a good Aircon servicing company. Don't be disheartened by the recent negative review cos we cannot please everyone esp in the service sector. Keep it up guys!
