- 1 stars, 21 Feb 2025: It all started on one of the hottest days of the year. The heat was unbearable, and my air conditioner decided it was the perfect time to stop working. Desperate for relief, I called an air con service company that I could find online. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a frustrating journey of delays, incompetence, and terrible customer service. A couple of old husband and wife arrived, After a quick inspection, he claimed the problem was a faulty compressor and assured me it would be fixed in no time. He serviced it and handed me an expensive bill, and left. Excited to finally cool
