- 1 stars, 15 May 2024: Staffs are dishonest and unprofessional. Before removing the air con for chemical wash quoted me one price but after service charged me another price higher (and he doesn’t admit he quoted me the lower price earlier). Also, another staff smoke e-cigarettes during washing the main unit outside. Most impt is when I get another company for servicing, the technician complains what did your last serving do? Screws all got missing and some parts of the air con never get cleaned ! I have never experience such a poor a/c servicing in Singapore. I wonder if the earlier reviews are fake.
