- 5 stars, 29 Jul 2026: Accidentally locked myself inside the house with the key jammed in the keyhole. Andrew was very pleasant and punctual, arriving even earlier than expected. Door was quickly unlocked, and mechanism replaced. Cost was very reasonable, I had inquired with multiple emergency locksmith’s and gotten quite shocked. Will definitely be using his services again.

- 5 stars, 14 May 2025: When we found ourselves locked out of one our rooms late at night, Mr Andrew’s helped to open our locked door. He was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Requested for photos of the lock and came home within 20 mins with all the necessary tools to open the door. He was able to open the door within 5 mins. Most of all, he gave some very helpful tips to maintain the lock and key to prevent such occurrences. Thank you very much.

- 5 stars, 1 Apr 2025: I've called Andrew (same name!) twice already, once at my previous place (actually I messaged his friend, but his friend couldn't make it so Andrew came down) and just again today. Both times he was punctual, arriving at the timeslot he said he would, and got the locked door opened in 30 seconds or so. We spent more time chatting about other things, he's a really friendly guy who knows what he's doing, and he's polite too! I've saved his number down, knowing that I'll probably lock myself out again, highly recommended!
- 5 stars, 4 Mar 2025: Andrew is extremely experienced! Just by looking at a short video clip of the prob my fren is facing, he immediately gave a solution. N voila! The door opens! Thanks Andrew!
- 5 stars, 16 Jan 2025: Andrew is such a gem! Highly recommended and definitely trustworthy. I asked him for a quote for a small job and instead of saying he will do it, he told me it can be done by myself and gave me suggestions on how to do it over the phone, even at 10+pm at night! Really appreciate his kindness. If you have any lock issues, pls look for Andrew. 👍🏼
