- 1 stars, 1 May 2026: Dissapointing that UOL engaged them to service our condo unit aircon (Top in early 2025), and UOL agree to their terms in not allowing residents to reschedule when many yet to move in and do reno. I skipped the first complimentary servicing as reno still ongoing. I made arrangement to take leave for the second one as my reno has ended and was home by 330pm waiting for them. The servicemen came in the morning, trying their luck that I'm at home, when my appt is 345 on that today. No integrity and slip a note under my door claiming that I'm not at home! I wonder how many times they had done this
- 5 stars, 12 Jul 2025: My regular air con service team never disappoints. Always so careful — they even covered the bed with plastic. Really appreciate their thoughtfulness! Highly recommended 🙌
- 1 stars, 10 Jun 2025: 1 hour late despite the fact that my unit is the first appointment of the condo that day. No reasons given, no apologies, no communication, thoroughly unprofessional. Our entire home schedule had to be pushed back.
- 1 stars, 7 May 2025: Worst aircon operator ever. Not sure why condo contractors like UOL still use them. They cannot reschedule appointment. Don’t ever engage them
- 1 stars, 28 Mar 2025: Worst experience ever. If I can rate negative stars, I would have given it. They slipped a paper under my door and said “there was no respond… we regret we will not be able to provide a replacement appointment” When I called, they said, we cannot do anything, we have to follow a schedule. Engage at your own risk. Worst of the worst.

- 1 stars, 4 Jul 2024: They are my condo aircon service provider and my condo is a brand new one. The strange thing is every 6 months, one of the new compressors will run out of gas. After the free servicing, I had no choice but to continue with them as I am not sure what was the issue. After the 3rd top up of gas, they recommended me to do a pressure test which will cost me a few hundreds dollars. Naively, I thought to spend the money and solve the issue, rather than having to top up the gas every few months. After the test, they told me the issue lies with one of the valves at the compressors, so they replace it. 
- 5 stars, 16 Mar 2023: Call the hotline support and proceed with enquiry, The staff do solve my issues in an efficient way even though i have quite a lot of questions to ask. Kudos to the hotline crews.
- 1 stars, 14 Nov 2022: Very bad experience with Aston. Called to fix appointment for AC service. I came late about 10mins and called them to wait.Left without any call. Fixed another appointment but no one come. Again fixed 3rd appointment at 330pm on another day.kept waiting and no one come.Called again,said come at 4pm.double check ,said 4-430pm.really bad service and never on time.will not engage their service any more!
