- 1 stars, 31 Aug 2026: Lazy and unprofessional If you have false ceiling or difficult jobs he might not be good enough. Found viswan online as it's a Sunday so all my regular electricians and handyman were busy. He asked for - 1- 40$ transport fees per trip 2- 50$ troubleshoot power The problem was specific - there are cables burning smell and smoke from the ceiling Viswan came , check 1 light - and concluded no issues with lightings and wiring. Must be the Aircon issue. Asked us to contact Aircon tech. So we paid him $90. However the next day, the power tripped and all lights are not working. Viswan insisted that w
- 1 stars, 27 Aug 2026: Having an emergency power trip that we couldn’t resolve on our own. Contacted them as they were advertised as 24/7 emergency service that have staffs “stationed at every area” and will “respond and dispatch immediately”. Called them twice with no respond. Resorted to texting them in the end just for them to say, word for word: “Sorry can not i am still working very busy”. Not even a proper message with greeting, nor any acknowledgement, nor a sincere apology. What kind of 24/7 service is this. False advertising. Already in distress from the matter, chose to contact them as thought they will be
- 1 stars, 27 Aug 2026: This is utterly ridiculous. First they will say they need the payment upfront before services was even made for the installation. And then they will do things halfway and not update us when they can come back to finish it up. Knowing that they are online on WhatsApp yet refusing to pick up a call and even by then also still cannot tell us when they can come back. My house look like a wreck now because of the unfinished installation. Will never ever come back for their services again

- 5 stars, 9 Aug 2026: I had two switches in my DB box that were burnt, and AVV Electric came down on the morning of NDP to replace them. Everything seemed fine after that, but at around 11pm, the burning smell came back and became noticeably stronger. Having just experienced burnt components in the DB box, I was naturally very worried that something might be overheating again. I urgently contacted them, and I really appreciate that the boss personally came down around midnight to inspect the DB box despite the late hour. Thankfully, after checking, there was no new burning. The burnt-plastic smell from the earlier
