- 5 stars, 4 Jun 2024: My aircon was serviced quarterly by another popular company. However, the compressor has issues and one of the unit leaks so badly (1 full basin for 4 hours of usage) after chemical wash. I had no choice but to change the entire system since it's already 10 years old. I hired Anthony which did one of my tenanted unit before 2 years ago. Upon paying deposit, I realised that the invoice was different from his previous company. He said they have merged with B&J and ask me to trust their service. Upon removing my old aircon, they saw all the problems in the units connections as well as the piping.
- 1 stars, 15 Nov 2023: Stumbled upon their service on Carousell, and it turned into a regrettable choice. They hacked into my new house's walls to install concealed power points, leaving a mess behind. The cementing job was so haphazard that it resulted in hideous patches on my freshly painted walls. To add to the frustration, they didn't bother applying silicone to the power points after installation. When I confronted them about these issues, they reluctantly agreed to come back but pushed the responsibility onto me, insisting that I should get my own painter to fix their mistakes. - 1 stars, 24 Aug 2022: Very disappointing. Have used their services for almost 2 years but they never change. Always late in replying. Takes up to 2 days. Did not turn up for appointment many times. Did not call or message to inform. Appt time is 3pm.....waited till night......still did not come or call. Not once, not twice but many times already. Will change to other servicing company.
