- 5 stars, 6 Aug 2026: Excellent service by Sharul and team. Quick to drop by to inspect and provide solution for my inter-level balcony leak. Efficient, fast but patient work by the workers and kudos to them working under the hot sun. Even my downstairs neighbor compliment the workers for putting up plastic sheet to protect the bathroom from getting dirty and cleaning up after work completed. Lets hope this will solve the problem and not need to revisit. Thanks guys.
- 5 stars, 30 Jun 2026: I have known Darren for more than 10 years, and throughout that time he has consistently proven himself to be one of the most trustworthy and knowledgeable water leakage specialists in Singapore. Recently, when I contacted him about a suspected water leak, he came over within just one hour to carry out an inspection. After carefully checking the situation, he honestly advised me that the issue was most likely related to the water meter rather than a hidden pipe leak. Instead of recommending unnecessary repair work, he gave me an honest assessment and pointed me in the right direction. That lev
- 5 stars, 15 May 2026: One of the best service experiences we’ve had. Outstanding experience with Hui Xiang from B4 Waterproofing! Thanks for the exceptional service and professional advice on the water leakage or condensation issue we were facing. His prompt response and genuine willingness to help really impressed us. The thermal scanning assessment was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend B4 Waterproofing to anyone facing water leakage or condensation problems.
- 5 stars, 2 May 2026: Darren did my roof waterproofing last year. There were quite a few rectifications needed, but he followed through and eventually got everything leak-proof. He’s very responsible. Today, I asked him to help check a water leakage issue at another house. It turned out to be from the water heater, which is still under warranty, hence I didn't engage his service to change. I tried to compensate him for making the trip down, but he refused to accept any payment. Highly recommended.

Everything is explained in details and prices stated very clearly. Workers are professional and work done is highly satisfactory. Thumbs up for Ben and his team!

- 5 stars, 13 Apr 2026: I highly recommend Shawn, Sharul and the team at B4 Waterproofing. I've lived in an older condo for over ten years, and water leaks have been an ongoing challenge. I first reached out to them four years ago and have relied on them ever since for everything from minor leaks to more serious waterproofing issues. They have consistently diagnosed and resolved our issues efficiently and effectively. The team is professional, communicative, organised, and their workers are polite, clean and tidy, and get the job done without fuss. I especially appreciate their responsiveness — they typically come do
- 5 stars, 12 Apr 2026: Last week Sharul and his team from B4 Water Leakage Specialist attended to the WaterProofing works in my bathroom. I am grateful for their prompt response/“rescue” and the “problem” was tackled and solved in a day. Apart from their neat workmanship, Sharul also responded promptly when some professional advice was needed after their servicing. Overall, I am pleased with the service and the outcome. Will definitely recommend B4 Water Leakage Specialist’s to others!
