- 5 stars, 10 Jul 2025: Just had a job very well done. A complex situation as it was a "locked in" situation. The key for a side shutter lock cannot engage even when key inserted. As a result i could not enter the clinic. Staff from Beng Shutter able to dislodge the old lock without damage of the existing roller shutter. Quick response too and team reached my clinic within 30mins. Replaced locks next day and oiled my existing shutter, also the team made sure the locks were functioning well and the shutter was rolling well.
