I reached out asking whether they could repair a digital lock, specifying the model, providing videos and setting out the troubleshooting steps I had taken. One contact said he was driving when I first dropped him a message. When I checked in 3 hours later he said he would call me in 10 minutes but never did. I messaged the other contact 4 hours after the first said he would call me, explaining that I had not received a call back. The reply was “then wait”. He later said “what lock. I don't have record”.
