- 5 stars, 20 Feb 2026: amongst current competitors, butler stands out as a fuss-free housekeeping service provider with a good team that is responsive to instructions and queries. i’ve had a good experience so far for my 1 bedroom apartment with little use of the kitchen. i’ve had the same housekeeper provided for the last few months (1-2 changes so far as the staff had to return to their home country). hope the team can continue to improve with this 5-star review as validation and motivation!

- 5 stars, 6 Jan 2026: good service and keep using for almost 1 year
- 5 stars, 6 Jan 2026: Your maid naw is very good and kind hearted . We are blessed to have her
- 1 stars, 1 Aug 2025: Operational model not customer friendly. 1. Damage house appliances 2. Requested for once every 2 weeks but do not cover the fifth week if that month has 5 weeks. 3. Need to give cleaner 30 mins leeway for arrival. 4. Finance department did not ask the preferred method for notifying and requesting for payment. And when payment not received, they only sent warning emails when in the first place they didn't get response from emails. 5. Point of contact has poor communication skills and tend to put the blame on customer or company process instead of taking the feedback and improve their process.
- 5 stars, 31 Jul 2025: I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided by BUTLER Housekeeping. The team was not only professional and efficient, but also courteous, punctual, and meticulous in their work. My unit was left spotless and fresh, with every detail carefully attended to. Special thanks to Ms. Abegail for her prompt assistance in arranging the service, and to the staff — Jamal, Zar Zar, and Lalruat — for their hard work and dedication. Their commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction truly stands out. I highly recommend BUTLER Housekeeping and will definitely engage their services again 💯
