- 5 stars, 23 May 2026: I just would like to give thanks to CBL Data Recovery ‘ The data retrieval from my old hard drive was almost 100%. The most important part was that my 20 years of photo family collection was intact and I can enjoy them once again. These photos are very precious to me and my family. Thank you CBL engineers, you made me very happy. Kudos! 😊
- 5 stars, 16 Feb 2026: I sent in 2 hard disks, one WD and one Toshiba, which were quite seriously damaged. There were hard disks parts and they were quite difficult to source and hence it took a lot of patience and care to actually source for these parts and to actually recover them so that on average I got back about 95% of my data! I'm very happy with the service and also the professional way in which the disks were recovered and then how the data was showed to us to check before payment was made!
- 5 stars, 28 Jan 2026: Managed to recover 100% of very important files. Very pleased with this. I believe the engineer was Steven that worked on my damaged drive. Took longer than expected due to the extent of the damage. They also gave some useful advice on how to prevent further issues with external drives. I would recommend them!

I highly recommend the team at CBL to anyone who needs professional and reliable data recovery services.
