- 1 stars, 12 Sep 2026: After 5 or so years with this company whom I have been very happy with this year their service level has made a sharp decline. aim editing my 5 star review to this. Lately technicians will rush through jobs, salesmen constantly try to upsell and when we did our re-piping with them I can see how little they care about their customers. Made a huge mess of my place, didn't protect any of my furniture, untidy and poor workmanship, leaks within 1 hour of their job, moisture on trunking within 2 weeks of their job, high pricing. Absolutely unacceptable of them. After 5 years quarterly servicing with
