- 5 stars, 6 Sep 2026: Thanks for the quick response, to fix water dripping from my lounge aircon. Aslam and Joshim soon found the cause was slime blocking the drain line and flushed it out. They also cleaned the unit and checked all was well before leaving. A couple of helpful and friendly service guys. Well done!

Very friendly and efficient in responding on their WA and able to schedule based on customer requests even on very short notice. Excellent service. :) Andy Loo is a very friendly and approachable person, with extensive experience and knowledge in his work. He explains the aircon condition clearly in simple, easy-to-understand terms, without using complicated technical jargon. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend City Cooling!
- 2 stars, 18 Aug 2026: Very bad experience. I called gain city services for an urgent Aircon repair yesterday. They said t will call me back. I waited the whole day just in vain. I called them a few times and waited in queue until I am the next person in queue. Then my phone was transferred to an voice mail. I have been a customer of gain city for the past 12 years or more. My TV, air conditioners and all electrical items were bought from GAIN CITY. I felt so disgusted by their attitude.
