- 5 stars, 3 Sep 2026: Engaged Comfort Cool for aircon installation service through my BTO GB. The team is very helpful in terms of advising the best placement of aircon and how much power we should get for each area. The team also kindly helped us cleaned our aircon ledge upon request during the compressor installation, as it was dirtied from BCS rectification works before. Overall the team is very responsive during the whole installation journey and they were also able to communicate with my ID well. Great experience!
