- 1 stars, 13 Feb 2026: I signed a one-year contract with this company for air conditioner cleaning. They came properly for the first visit, and since they said the air conditioner was very dirty, I agreed to a chemical overhaul. However, three months later, I did not receive any contact from them. I signed up on the condition that they would definitely send reminders, but no one contacted me. When I tried to reach them myself, I found that their phone number had changed. I managed to contact them again through Google and asked about the situation. They told me that their phone number had changed and that they had lo

- 1 stars, 1 Feb 2024: Cool Care is the worst aircon servicing that I have ever came across. Initially, they came and did a good maintenance job but remained difficult to secure a schedule for subsequent maintenance if you signed a contract with them. - 5 stars, 21 Apr 2022: Booking and confirmation were quick and service was cleaned and maintained and the place was also left tidy. Will use your service again in the future. Thanks
- 5 stars, 15 Mar 2022: I need a AC replacement for my old windows unit, thus I need new piping and powerpoint installation. Coolcare help to link up with certified powerpoint provider to meet my requirement. Next Coolcare team came to install the aircon, the team was onsite, professional and friendly. They helped to move the furniture, covered the top with big sheets of plastic to minimize the dust of getting in. They even help to sweep after the installation was done. I was glad to find this AC provider over the internet to provide quality service.

- 5 stars, 4 Sep 2021: The technician was polite and punctual and he gives excellent service at a low price. Next time also coolcare surprise me with their best offers.
