- 1 stars, 7 Jan 2026: Sharing my experience so please exercise your best judgment when engaging them: Engaged Coolmax to check my AC condition on 1 November 2025 - First set of technicians ruled that I need to clean compressor and top up gas. Second set of technicians came over again on 3 November 2025 refuted the assessment and claimed that i need to change a new AC. This puts me off and made me suspicious of their judgment and assessment so I engaged other companies to check the condition - turned out I just need to clean compressor and top up gas. Such business practices are appalling.

They take in feedback and really act on them to ensure customer satisfaction. Their reaponses are always prompt and they are quite flexible in their service packages.
