The service is very detailed, not in a rush, thorough and professional too. Everytime they will explain to me about the Aircon current situations and never hardsell me or anything. We’ve used them annually, but after arranging one service, I tried multiple times to contact them for a second. I called and messaged repeatedly, but no one responded, even though my messages were read. It wasn’t until I mentioned reporting them for fraud that they finally responded (after 2 weeks of trying), claiming a “communication problem,” which I find hard to believe. Their service quality is poor, despite advertising Japanese workmanship. Engaged them 1year+ ago for aircon servicing and it was an ok experience. I engaged them recently due to minor dripping, the confirmation of service was quick but everything went downhill from here. The guy came over and opened up my Aircon and tell me I need a chemical wash or haul or whatever. I just did a chemical haul in feb and it is not recommended to keep doing such procedures on the Aircon when it’s not needed. Especially when my Aircons are not in a bad shape. Have been engaging their services for almost two years and even got them to change one of the units. Recent encounter with their customer service left a bad taste that I had to leave a review for their management to see (if they ever care to read). For almost two years, I have been quoted $30 per unit for general servicing. Then a few days ago, I was told that one of my unit at first floor will be chargeable at $40 due to high ceiling. I was perturbed as I have not been told on this for the many times I have engaged them. This is the first time I see technician cleans my aircon as if the aircon belongs to them. They have put in their 100% to provide clean air for us. Even with extra miles, like closing my bedroom door because I have a baby sleeping inside, explained to me in details the condition of my aircon and what treatment they are going to do, and even dispose the dirty water in a plastic bag instead of flushing down my toilet bowl/sink.
