- 5 stars, 27 Aug 2026: We have used Cotton Care dryclean service twice as their pricing is reasonable and more affordable compared to others. They are responsive to enquiries and handle laundry with care and responsibility. We appreciate their honest quote although we thought the long gown would cost more. And they did their best to remove some stubborn stains from the jacket blouse without extra cost despite we were prepared to pay more. Will definitely go back to them again and highly recommend them for their good service and reasonable pricing 👍🏼

- 1 stars, 13 Aug 2026: I have been a regular customer with cotton care for a while at least almost 2 years. Experience have been prompt but over time I could see staff changes ( pick up and delivery guy) not sure if this results to communication issues. While delivery is prompt but they don’t keep to the their timing as arranged. Often quoted delivery time is between 7-10pm but at least over a few occasions delivery will happen around 4pm when nobody’s home. Feedback has been shared but no improvement. The reason given is the staff has forgotten the message. I really dislike the idea of my laundry being left outside

- 5 stars, 7 Aug 2026: Checked online for carpet cleaning services and compared Cotton Care has good profile and decided to try it out. Staff in charge very responsive, collection, cleaning lead time and delivery as scheduled. Total cost of cleaning process is reasonable. Will engage Cotton Care again if needed carpet cleaning in future.
- 5 stars, 5 Aug 2026: Sent Brady and Bunnie in looking a little flat after plenty of cuddles and adventures, and they came back looking absolutely refreshed! The team at Cotton Care did an amazing job fluffing them up while taking great care of every little detail. Both of them feel cleaner, softer, and much fuller than before—almost like they were brand new again. It's clear they treat every plush toy with genuine care and attention rather than just seeing them as another item to clean. What also stood out was their prompt communication. Their responses were quick, and they kept me updated throughout the cleaning

- 2 stars, 18 May 2026: I have been a loyal customer of Cotton Care for many years, and for a long time, they were excellent. Unfortunately, the service standard has dropped significantly over the past five months. Turnaround times have become sluggish, and the ironing quality of bed linens is no longer what it used to be. However, the breaking point has been the delivery logistics. The current driver assigned to my area, Mr. Ng, has missed his promised delivery windows at least five times recently. The final straw occurred last Tuesday when I waited home all afternoon, only for the driver to claim to customer servic
- 5 stars, 14 May 2026: The best experience with Cotton Care, I love their dry cleaning service as well. They have a pre-screen they do before and after cleaning and always inform me of any findings and my clothes come back smelling so great and perfectly cleaned. 🩷
