- 1 stars, 27 Jul 2026: Ghosted by agent Rodvin Buada. Contacted Crown on end of June. Did telecommunications to assess the shipment details. Till date no quotation was provided. Last year team was more impressive. They did my parents shipment swiftly. Communication between Sg and Malaysia counterpart was efficient. Standards has drop so much lately. Not sure if the CEO is doing his job.
- 1 stars, 21 Jul 2026: I chose Crown Relocations Singapore because of its reputation as a premium international relocation provider. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but premium. Our family has relocated internationally several times. This is our second move with Crown, while our previous international moves were handled by Santa Fe. Based on those experiences, I expected a high level of coordination, communication, and customer care. Sadly, Crown did not live up to those expectations. The biggest issue throughout this move has been the lack of communication between the Singapore (origin) and Malaysia 
- 1 stars, 20 Jul 2026: Ghosted by 2 agents called Vincent and Lina. Initially was impressed by promptness of site visit arranged and Lina who was quite personable. Vincent followed up promptly after. Then MIA after - no replies on email or WhatsApp after me leaving a couple of messages with them. The number listed on as their primary number does not work. Their WhatsApp is automated and quite useless. - 5 stars, 23 Jun 2026: Stored my furniture for close to three years. Was expecting the wood to warp and the furniture to be mouldy but it was mostly intact and in perfect condition, especially the antiques. Even the sofa was perfect! Thank you Darrel and team!

When I enquired, the guy Vincent very prompt follow up, and eager to arrange for site visit etc so I felt they have good service. Then the site assessment was conducted by someone called Lina, then they MIA. No nothing. No follow up, no quotations, just wasted my annual leave for them to come do a site visit. I am staying in a 4 room HDB moving to a 2 bedder condo, which I told Vincent from the call and he still insisted to do a site visit. If the business is too small for them, should have just rejected over the first call. Until toda
- 1 stars, 23 May 2026: Avoid at all cost. If you read my other reviews I mostly post 5 star reviews. Here I want to warn everyone. I think this company is bankrupt. It was all settled for our move in not even 4 weeks. Now I have wanted to receive a few cardboards / boxes to start packing . And the Desaster starts. Can’t reach my contact. The office does not pick up the whole Friday. Can’t get an email answer since Thursday. I should have been sceptic because I always had to run after every offer and stuff. Please avoid all all costs and look for a mover that answers promptly !
