- 1 stars, 5 Sep 2026: Latest Update: another set of our aircon spoilt. Gas leaking. We hired another ac company who had fixed the compressor connector previously but the leakage happen again. This time they have no idea where the leakage is happening. Could be along the pipes cuz of poor welding work. So the solution might have to be hacking thru the walls and false ceiling to fix it. This company and their owners should be cursed and rot in hell. This is a scam company. DO NOT engage for ANY ac services. D.I.S has been servicing our Air conditioning system for more than 15 years. They are are very competent, swift , reliable and very neat. They have replaced our old splits / compressors and they did an amazing job. The floors and all surfaces had been covered to the Ts and all was super clean when they left. Highly recommended indeed Thank you 🙏
- 5 stars, 10 Jun 2026: Aris was the manager in charge of my project which included installing new air-conditioning unit, ventilator units in bathrooms and replacement of trunking due to old air conditioners condensation problem. I will say service was prompt, professional and price was competitive. We were so pleased that we renewed our aircon service contract with them — highly recommended !
- 1 stars, 12 May 2026: My october 2022 panasonic system 3, outdoor compressor failed and last week, pcb and fan motor were replaced. I was charged almost $800 for this job by DIS. Now, within a week, the same issue has come up. No cold air and fan motor stopped running again. Utterly unreliable aircon! Poor troubleshooting and unresolved repeat issue by DIS technicians. Compressor under "5 years warranty" yet I was charged. Now, 2nd repair upcoming, don't know much they going to charge me again. - 1 stars, 30 Apr 2026: My honest opinion of installing brand-new Daikin aircons in my re-built house by this company. There are 4 Cassette, 1 Single-split, 3 System-2, 1 System-3 aircons resulting in 9 condensers driving 14 fancoils. It is unbelievable that all of them give different types of problem due to poor workmanship. I would like to highlight just the low gas problem in 4 condensers driving the fancoils. The low gas is due to poor connection of the low- and high-pressure gas pipes at the condensers and fancoils. - 1 stars, 19 Mar 2025: Terrible repair experience, totally pissed off with their aircon service. In my first contact, their CS said in a very "professional" tone that the initial inspection would give a full diagnosis and followed with recommendations. The actual experience was that thier technicians hardly talked and even ordered an unnecessary item which was not faulty without asking me. What made the matter worse was that their CS requested me to pay them in full in advance before their second visit. - 2 stars, 25 Feb 2025: Brand new condo and the first AC maintenance experience in my life. Not used the AC in my apt at all but service was free so I made an appointment. They damaged one of the ACs which ended up leaking heavily and not only damaged the wall (led to a partly collapsed wall) but parts of the furniture. It took several days for them to return and repair it. I also had to ask the bld mgt company to do some patch up work and fill the collapsed wall and paint over it. - 1 stars, 22 Jan 2025: Zero star if possible. Avoid at all cost. Used by developer to install aircons in the condo. Neighbours and I experienced issues with aircon. I have been using airconditioning for over 30 years. I never had issues with aircon within the first year of installation. The way the air con was installed even blows out stinky stagnant water odour at times. Their solution? They just called a guy to mask the smell.. and the smell persists.
