- 5 stars, 17 Jul 2026: We chose DFD's bifold doors and synchronised glass doors for our toilets and kitchen respectively. Quality is good. The team was punctual for installation. DFD's after-sales service is excellent, I am grateful that DFD always replies promptly and is willing to solve any issues that arise after installation. For that, it deserves 5 stars.
- 5 stars, 7 Jan 2026: Ordered their bifold swing windows via Hoho Engineering.. was impressed by the result of the windows quality and love the view and wind from opening the windows.. installers did the safety protection and sealed the gaps well.. thoughtful design of a rubber stopper to prevent the windows from swinging during a windy day.. Paid premium price but definitely worth it if the windows last!!
- 5 stars, 15 Jul 2025: Desmond was very helpful with his recommendations on our master toilet bi fold door. Quality & services were super good. I will repurchase from them. Highly recommended.
- 5 stars, 1 Mar 2025: My window coating has a minor peel off, asking Miss Teoh for solution, never expecting them to change the window hinge for me.Thanks for their services !
- 5 stars, 18 Feb 2025: Desmond and his team went above and beyond to ensure I had what I wanted for my new home. He gave helpful and practical advice with regard to window layouts and balcony doors. Love his in built blinds for my new place, allowing for more light into my space. His hinges and windows are of very high quality. With regards to someone else who reviewed, Desmond can take a while to respond, but that is due to his commitment and his busy schedule. It’s unfortunate but his product is worth having patience in this day and age I feel. I wish Desmond and team all the very best for the new year.
- 5 stars, 12 Feb 2025: Professional and excellent after service. Mr Desmond and his team takes pride in their product and provide good after serivce. Highly recommend
- 1 stars, 5 Feb 2025: I would give 0 stars if I could. Initially, Desmond was responsive. However, whenever we arranged a time for measurement, in the last minute, he would give a reason that he is busy or unwell. He clearly does not respect our time at all. In the end, he went totally MIA on us, though he committed to our project at the start. We waited but he still did not reply and it led to a delay of our timeline. We had to scramble to find another company. Thankfully, no payment made. But what a waste of time and effort. Engage at your own risk.
- 5 stars, 22 Jul 2024: Desmond was very prompt with his service. Was already mid way through my home reno and my IDs could not source for a vendor that can manufacture sliding windows that can collapse along an L shaped corner. So thankful i found deluxe fold door. They really delivered. The windows fold nicely around the corner so that i can flush them all to one side. And it's so easy and simple to do. They also had a wide range of colours available for the window frames. Super happy and satisfied customer (:
- 5 stars, 24 Mar 2024: Engaged DFD to install panoramic window at the service yard. Very nice system, all window panes can be folded to the side with no gap in-between, easy to operate. Good workmanship and service from Desmond and team at DFD. Highly recommended.
- 5 stars, 21 Mar 2024: Had some issues with my windows and Desmond sent his workers to fix it on the day I reported to him! His workers are always very gentle and clean, never had to clean up much after them.
