Does he think he can just leave it at someone's doorstep if he can't find the address? He has no sense of responsibility whatsoever! The worst part is, it's a distance from my house, and it's not even my neighbor's. Seriously, that's enough! @@
- 1 stars, 15 Aug 2023: The worst logistics ever in Singapore, my parcel had reached them on 7th Aug, but until now it was not delivered to me. I reached out to the customer service team everyday, and the lady just keep saying that the parcel is going to be shipped within the next 2-3 days every time after I’ve checked in! And today they've informed me that the parcel will "for sure" to reach me before 20th Aug. Why on earth will you need 2 weeks to just deliver one simple parcel?! This is so absurd and ridiculous! @Taobao, please reconsider your local logistics in SG. LOOK AT ALL THESE REVIEWS!!

He deliver item without check with customer if can deliver on saturday, instead he threaten to customer that if item return will takes very long time to send me. this way of attitude is totally not right and if DEX keep on using this type of driver, the company will lose client. for myself i will never wanted to use DEX until they have impose the right attitude and procedure.

- 1 stars, 8 Mar 2023: Lousy service. Stated before 12pm but almost 6pm then arrive and say that sofa not able to put in the lift and just left it downstair. Leaving a 70year old elderly with the sofa without even thinking of solution or helping. This company should close down. Inhuman. Lousy service. Shouldn't derseve any star.

- 3 stars, 6 Jan 2023: Why did you think I paid more to have my purchases in 2 batches? My first delivery got buffered until the second one arrives and got delivered together, saving cost at my extra expense. Are you kidding me? After traveling hundreds of kilometers overseas, it got choked in the last 30km for several days locally in Singapore. Are you serious? I would've given 1 star if not for reading other reviews below and finding out I'm already having it better than them. At least the packages got delivered to the correct place, my place had 3 flight of stairs without lift. They didn't bang the door like hool
