- 5 stars, 21 Jan 2026: Their technicians are very professional and polite. They are able to quickly and accurately identify problems and provide effective solutions. The company not only handles air conditioning services, but can also solve plumbing and electrical issues. I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.
- 1 stars, 22 May 2025: E-Tech Aircon provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced. My aircon compressor stopped working just a few hours after use, all other functions seemed fine. I had topped up the gas only two months earlier, so I contacted E-Tech for help. Their engineer came but was on the phone most of the time. He rushed through the job and topped up the gas too quickly, which caused a major leak. After he told me the whole unit broken and asked me to sign. They quickly left. I reached out to their manager, who immediately put all blames on our aircon. He later sent me a quotation for a replacement—which

I found Etech Aircon through a referral and chose them because they were cheaper than big brands like Harvey Norman—big mistake! Cheap price means terrible service and endless frustration. 1st Installation – Late and Unprofessional - They were late for the initial site visit and quoted a high price. I had to negotiate multiple times over voice calls with the office. - Finally agreed on a price, but on installation day, they showed up more than 2 hours late. The work only finished at 11 PM—no apology, no professionalism, just an exhausting 
- 1 stars, 17 Jan 2025: Rubbish company. Never punctual and always coming with excuses. All the reviews appears to be true. Should have looked up the review first before engaging them. Subpar quality and servicing of aircon. Aircon appears to be in a worst state than before. Should have trusted my instinct and not go with them after waiting for hours for first appointment. Tried to give them another chance to resolve the issue and waited for hours again. Seems like a persistent issue with the company and people. Save your headache of dealing with them and go somewhere else.

- 1 stars, 24 Jul 2024: I have been a loyal customer of Etech Aircon Company for the past couple of years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite never missing a scheduled maintenance visit, my air conditioner is now in a worse state than before. The quality of the maintenance service during the latest visit was subpar. The technicians did not seem thorough, and my aircon's performance has significantly declined since their visit. I expected much more from a company that I have trusted for so long, especially given the premium package I purchased. When I reached out to express my concerns

- 1 stars, 30 Jan 2024: Review as a tenant staying in rented apartment. Etech aircon servicing was engaged by the property agent because one of the aircon was not cold at all. First appointment, failed to turn up. When they came to fix one of the aircon that was not cold. They just do a quick one and go. When I say it is still not cold, they then proceed to check coolant and do a deeper clean on the unit. All the while, pulling the face and not telling you what’s checked or done. You ask them something, just keep quiet. They just want to pull a quick one and hope you acknowledge the job. Crappy service and attitude.
