- 5 stars, 31 Aug 2026: Amazing service from Mr Latif. I have an LG aircon that I suspect condenser gas leakage. Mr Latif came prepared with full sets of equipment as well as personal protection equipment. He went straight to the condenser to confirm my hypothesis. No upselling, no sales talk, straightforward diagnosis of the issue. He was able to identify the leakage quickly and did welding immediately to fix the leakage issue. Everything was done under 3 hours and my aircon feels like brand new again. I am super impressed the display of his professionalism that is unseen in many "established" aircon service company

I’ve been using a Starmex System 3 R410 aircon since 2019, and recently I started experiencing several problems. My master bedroom unit (12,000 BTU) was no longer getting cold, and whenever my parents’ room aircon was switched on, my room also didn’t feel as cold as before. Didn’t know that he was a very honest & humble guy who is great at repairing & servicing. He explained to me on every details of my A/C compressor leaking problem. Managed to find the aircon leak and repaired it with such professionalism. I have no regrets calling him. Thank you Sir.. for making my room cold again after almost a year sleep in hot weather. - 5 stars, 14 Jun 2026: Alhamdulillah, at last my air-con is fixed up and feels like new. My LG air conditioner has a motor issue. It's been many months, and the warranty has expired. The air conditioner is not blowing cold air. I called the LG agent, but it didn't work out. I tried to call a few other air conditioning services. One told me he couldn't do it because he didn't have the spare parts, and others gave ridiculous reasons why the aircon wasn't cold, but I still had to pay for their trip when they did nothing except pretend to take out the cover and scam me with invalid excuses why it wasn't cold. .
