Singtel could not help and I called my previous phone system provider to come in. I was charged $270 for a next-day service during which the technician took a look at the fuse and said that was not the problem and I had to change the whole system as the parts were not available anymore. It took him about 10 minutes to check and come to the conclusion. I was quoted $2k+ for the new system. I decided to try my luck and googled for other phone service provide
