My gas stove gas spark igniter for all 3 burner stop working and technician Zac helped to fixed it. Fixwerks even has live tracking so you can see the whereabouts of your technician coming. 👍🏻 Recommending Fixwerks for any gas stove repair !!!

We successfully Cancelled the request but Nobody answer when we called for refund, then now when we WhatsApp they just don’t take residential orders. Scammy. $250 paid to them via Hafele who is circulating their QR code without written context.
- 1 stars, 11 Mar 2025: I asked them 2 to 3 times, ASSUMING T1 Miele dryer PCB need to replace, they keep repeating have to come down to inspect first ! So I paid them $60. True enough the PCB. They quoted me about $2600+ and labour another $400+, plus GST about $3300. LOL. I rejected. Later I called Miele themelsves, they charged me only $850 for PCB and labour about $140. What the hell kind of SUPER HIGH mark up crap!!!? NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN ! Update: I contacted FixWerks but YeoBuild turned up, so either both are same boss, or they sub out. When companies sub out, usually there is middle man mark up involved
- 5 stars, 27 Nov 2024: Initially, we were hesitant to engage with Fixwerks due to some bad reviews we'd seen. But we still try coz they gave us a good deal on our monthly maintenance, to our pleasant surprise, their service is really great and their staffs are really friendly! Our workplace encountered constant electrical and handyman problems. Since partnering with Fixwerks three months ago, these issues have been a thing of the past. Our work environment is now more efficient and comfortable. We're so glad we decided to work with Fixwerks!

I recently found out from my parents that the plumber or installer did not discard the old toilet bowls to level 1 rubbish chute. Do you know where the old toilet bowls has been discarded? It was inside the dry riser outside my parents" house! Unprofessional and lazy installer/plumber! Thankfully the town council cleaner found out & informed my parents and he also helped to discard it for free. I will never engage Fixwerks again.
