- 5 stars, 13 Sep 2026: Yen was excellent in helping me evaluate my waterproofing concerns. He came the very next day after I called regarding my concerns. Because of technical issues he was unable to view the roof the first time. He agreed to come back the second time at short notice and did a detailed assessment for me and got back at short notice. I would recommend flux solutions for their professionalism.

Afterwhich, Kelvin provided an incredibly thorough and detailed scope of work, leaving no room for guesswork or hidden surprises. - 5 stars, 12 Sep 2026: A colleague recommended Kelvin to us, and we’re really glad we engaged him. Water seepage can be such a headache, especially in an older apartment. Kelvin really went the extra mile to find out where the leak could be coming from, checking both the upper and lower units and carrying out the necessary tests. He was very thorough and responsible, and helped us confirm that waterproofing works were needed. We’ve engaged him for the works and have been very happy with his professionalism and attention to detail. 👍👍👍Will recommend Kelvin to anyone facing water seepage or waterproofing issues.

I'm thankful that I started on the right foot with Flux Solutions, and have since entrusted to them the care of my roof, as well as other jobs like leaking sidewalls and bathrooms. The proof of the pudding is in the eating, and when the
