- 5 stars, 12 Aug 2026: After some research, we decided to go with the company. Although the price was higher, but the gap between the glasses was also the widest. We are pleased with the result. Although i only have the windows in 2 bedrooms, the noise from the road work was reduced significantly when I shut them.
- 5 stars, 30 Jun 2026: Very impressed with their customer service, was very well informed about their products. I was able to test out their door and window soundproofing, I was amazed when it was demonstrated to me in the showroom. Their newly renovated showroom looks very aesthetically pleasing.
- 5 stars, 15 May 2026: The soundproofing is superb. I wanted my bedroom window to be soundproofed due to noisy neighbours, Jason (Sales) was quick to come back to me with the quotation after I provided some simple measurements, and the foreman came to measure the next day. Ramesh and team (Installation) came after 3 weeks when the product was ready. Whole process was smooth and easy, everyone was prompt and communicative.
- 5 stars, 2 May 2026: [This review is done 3 weeks after the installation starting from 15 Apr 2026.] The first impression honestly blew me away. I was very impressed and amazed by the performance of the window's sound blocking capabilities. The window from Fortuna blocked 99% of external sound (roughly about 38-42dB of sound attenuated) that was coming from normal outside background noise and also a construction site 89m away from my room. Due to this, i was able to properly focus on my studies and academic work. Not only this, i was able to take occasional short naps during the day without it being interrupted by
- 5 stars, 17 Apr 2026: After enduring noise disturbances for months on end, I decided to look for sound proofing and found Fortuna. Reached out to salesperson Jason and he quickly arranged for an introduction at his workshop. Jason was patient to showcase the level of noise reduction through the different glasses they have and there was no obligation or hard selling on his end. Please note that there will be some waiting time after deposit is made as they have to customise the size of the soundproof windows from overseas. I was delighted that it came a month earlier than expected - April instead May. Installation wa
- 5 stars, 24 Mar 2026: Excellent service and items used.
- 5 stars, 18 Mar 2026: Mr Johnny is well verse with the product and very patient attending to my queries. My family is very pleased with the product and it's really as per what was described to me. Now my children can sleep peacefully from a bunch of very inconsiderate noisy neighbour.
- 5 stars, 25 Feb 2026: I'm a repeat customer, very happy with their construction and product quality! I have ordered soundproof catchment windows and soundproof glass door at different venues. Both times, the build and quality were excellent. It really is soundproof - you cannot hear anything, not even loud sub-bass frequencies, or high-pitched crying children. Highly recommended!
- 5 stars, 21 Jan 2026: Had a very good experience with the whole process from the showroom to the installation of the windows. Would like to commend Mr Johnny who was always helpful and responsive, as well as the installation team who did an excellent job! The windows worked extremely well. Blocked out most of the heavy construction noise coming from the road. Highly recommend!
- 5 stars, 3 Jan 2026: Jason from Fortuna was very helpful and honest throughout the entire period. We spoke for many months and he even came down to measure our windows. We decided to go ahead and left a deposit, but eventually realized the setup wasn't quite right for our specific needs. We went down to the store to try and find alternatives. Jason was honest about what the windows could and couldn't do, rather than just trying to close the deal. He was transparent that the other options might not achieve the soundproofing results we were looking for. They eventually agreed to refund our full deposit. Highly recom
