- 1 stars, 18 Jan 2024: Beware! Called to arrange for a fridge repair as the freezer wasn't freezing. Was inform of $20 transport and $50 diagnostic charges. Fair enough. Technician came to diagnose and fix the fridge on 16 Jan. Technician was nice and explained everything he did. After thorough checking, he pump in gas + Bowtech. I was told that my fridge can run 'forever' with the additional Bowtech. The gas was $19/psi x 10psi so $190, Bowtech was $90 together with a $96 access valve. Total paid was $446 plus transport and diagnose fees. At the end of the day technician showed me that my fridge was running at 0.1A
- 1 stars, 3 Jan 2024: The staff likes to beat around the Bush and not address the problem directly. According to another repair company, they double charged us on the compressor that they replaced. Charged us $600 when this other company said they only charge $300. After the replacement, there was a leak. It was very difficult to get them back on the phone. The receptionist kept making me take photos of the inside of the fridgevand adjustable thermostat. They never followed up nor did the technician come back. The alternative company told us that their technician put in too much gas which causes one of the pipes to

He gives good advices and did mention how his spare parts isnt the authentic LG part (basically giving disclaimer) knowing fully that there will be risks involve when using 3rd party part, but of course im trying to save money from purchasing a new washing machine instead... this was the alternative i went ahead. Very happy at how my washing machine can work again despite the small risk i had to factor in! Overall will recommend Robert and will come back for his services for future servicing required.
- 5 stars, 24 Jul 2023: Dear Distress callers, for kaput appliances, know that even if they can't make it physically in, say, few hours, they will use our modern tech to solve our problem. Grace was so patient and helpful with mechanical terms. Also, all this advice was given as goodwill... must appreciate folks like this who at least hear what the problem is then an answering machine. We appreciate and support your small business.

Our old LG fridge was working erratically, we engaged Tipros for repair. Started speaking to this lady called Ashley. She was receptive and professional in the beginning. They sent a technician called Dorn who charged us 410$ to replace the microcontroller and internal wiring and assured us it will 100% work. Only to get a reply after 4hrs to extend waiting time in a rude manner and as if customer is at their mercy. With all the good reviews, believe it’s base on work qualities but customer service really needs to buck up especially a lady name Sophia who is simply rude!
