- 5 stars, 26 Aug 2026: worker service on time is great appreciated. Their service very details and clean. At last also check and report enough gas or not. We are happy to have air cond service with them.
- 1 stars, 23 Apr 2026: standards have fallen by A LOT. guy comes in, opens the aircon units and says "looks clean" then wipes the fins with a cloth (??? damaging my fins?) and doesn't use the vacuum cleaner he brought with him. they uses to cover things under the aircon with a plastic cover to prevent dirt but they bring the cover now and don't use it. what used to be a two people 1 hour job is now a one man 20 min affair.

- 1 stars, 19 Feb 2026: (19 February 2026) Was returning customer who wanting to get Fujita to do the new aircon for our new private property as the first one was done by them. Upon calling on 11 February 2026, I asked if the two salesperson/admin (Angie and Shu Xuan) I previously dealt with still with the company but the person did not answer my question and asked what do I want to do when I have clearly shared we would like to have Fujita to do aircon for us for new house (I did not stated anything about servicing in any point of time). And I told this lady Ms W who picked the phone that our current house was done 
- 5 stars, 8 Dec 2025: Technicians prompt and efficient with servicing the aircon. diagnosis of problem and was able to quote on the spot for me to make my decision. Ms Lai waS also prompt in her WA replies and updates. Great overall experience and service! Pricing was reasonable as ci.pared to other Aircon servicing and repair companies. Give them a try if you are not satisfied with your current servicing company.

If you have any questions or doubts, they will explain clearly. Most important, the technicians and customer service staff are polite. We will not hesitate to recommend their service to our friends. Thumbs up for them! Keep up the good work!
