I purchased a servicing package for 4 air-conditioning servicing sessions and had already paid in full. In 2025, I needed to pause the servicing temporarily because I was pregnant and staying elsewhere during my confinement. When I tried to resume my remaining sessions, they simply ignored all my messages. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response and was unable to book the balance of the sessions that I had already paid for.
