- 5 stars, 13 Sep 2026: Very happy with Gmove Logistics. They moved our 3-bedroom apartment items from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and the whole process was very smooth. It took only 3 days from pick-up in Singapore to delivery in KL, even with a public holiday in Singapore in between. Everything was handled professionally and without any issues. I would also recommend getting the moving boxes directly from Gmove, as they are included and the quality is much better than the boxes you typically find on Shopee. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them for an international move between Singapo

Efficient, careful, fast and effective. Although it was a short move from Singapore to Johor Bahru, there’s always a risk of damage and breakages. The GMove team delivered everything in one piece. Have no hesitation in recommending GMove.

Had a great experiance using GMove Logistics for moving my household items, leader and crew are very friendly and impressionable. The moving crew was very efficient and professional, very accommondating even for last minute request, the team that came to help packing bulky and fragile items are excellent and helpfull, well experiance and coordinated, additional cardboard packing materials was used to protect the furnitures, additional care for fragile items and glass cabinets and items, communications was clear and prompt, seamless operations,

And on moving day - the moving team (e.g. Ah Wei, Ah Bing, Guo Li and including on the Malaysia partner's side too eg. Azrul) were friendly, super strong, proactive and thorough - wrapping my loose furniture and items in cardboard and then bubble wrap, offering to and helping removing wall-mounted speakers even without my asking. Our move from Singapore to Penang ended with broken items, fines on both sides with the MCST and no responsibility for unfulfilled promises ! Almost all the staff are contract workers. Good human beings but they operate on their own with no supervision. Just two people were packing an entire home. Kenny was incredibly accommodating and even went out of his way to help move some of my belongings to different locations within Singapore. The two movers/packers were professional, efficient, careful, and worked very quickly, making the entire moving process stress-free. My shipment arrived in Malaysia smoothly, on time even much earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Everything was handled exactly as promised. I communicated with Kenny throughout the process, and he was very responsive and professional. The entire move went smoothly, and communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. He was also very punctual and arrived on time as scheduled. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend their service.
- 5 stars, 14 May 2026: Engaged GMove Logistics to transport 3 medium sized cabinets from SG to JB. The sales consultant I chatted with on WhatsApp was easy to talk to and responsive. The men that came were punctual and friendly. They did a great job encasing the cabinets with cardboard and cling wrap to prevent damage. The cabinets arrived in JB on the same day in the late afternoon, and were carefully placed within the designated areas. I highly recommend their services.

Kenny responded promptly and after comparing quotes I decided to use GMove because their price was the most reasonable and the great reviews as well. True to the reviews, everything went smoothly, punctual, professional and pleasant people. Kenny even went out of the way to accommodate a small request.
