- 1 stars, 1 Feb 2026: Overpriced and poor service. Paid $15 to cut two keys — front door key didn’t fit at all, replacement still won’t turn. Staff had a bad attitude when we tried to resolve it. Much better and cheaper service at Bukit Timah Plaza ($4 per key). Would not recommend.
