- 1 stars, 9 Jul 2026: NEVER HIRE THEM. We were introduced to Gradecool via a real estate agent for quarterly maintenance. They said that the gas was leaking and requires pressure testing, they charged us above market rate for pressure testing and the AC broke within 24 hours of them "fixing it". They claimed they did the job but clearly they didn't. Add to that they will have no issues being 3-4 hours late to an appointment that was set days in advance. Truly unprofessional service, no one should be hiring them.
