- 1 stars, 10 May 2025: Scheduled for a on-site inspection which needs a charge of $50 fee before actual fixes to be done, that is fine since there's effort, manpower, travel cost to account for. What's unsatisfactory is the lack of courtesy to inform that the team is stuck in a prior job. Was supposed to receive them at 2pm but waited for 45minutes until I sent a message stating I want to cancel the job, then only did I receive a response. No remorse, no apologies, no customer service. I will look elsewhere for business that respect their customer's time.

As a person who knows nothing on the sanitary works, Ricky have advise and updated me a lot of information. His very professional and on the ball person I would say. - 1 stars, 22 Mar 2024: Very bad customer service through WhatsApp. Only said onsite inspection $50 then only can quote. Ask to give a range of cost also cannot give at all. What if they quote me an unreasonable price and I should accept if already on site if not pay $50. Website said free consultation and provide quote which is fake. The customer service choose to ignore me when I ask question via WhatsApp. This kind of attitude sure will ignore you if you engage them with after-fix issue.
