- 1 stars, 10 Feb 2021: HELPER NO GO - Engaged helper through HelperGo to clean my 80 y/o mum’s place once a week. I had to book a minimum of 10 sessions. The helper only showed up for 4 out of the 10 sessions, and not always on time. My mum’s feedback was that the helper was very slapdash when cleaning and left pools of water on the living room floor after mopping which is obviously hazardous to an elderly person. I made several calls and sent SMS and WhatsApp messages to the company but never got the courtesy of a reply. I sent a message to let them know that I will not be renewing the recurring service and the com

Since then I have tried to contact HelperGo by calling/WhatsApp /email but no response from them. They have not even refunded my money. So be beware of this service and try something else.
