- 4 stars, 23 Jun 2026: First time engaging household service elite for HIP post cleaning. Rod Chan and Win arrived on time and were very polite and focused throughout the cleaning. The driver, Ong was also very helpful and helped out too. Total duration was 9am to 6pm. However, there was only one cleaner left in the afternoon and certain parts were not as thoroughly cleaned which I can understand she may be tired due to long hours. Perhaps can consider remaining 2 helpers for the whole day so that one helper wont be as tired? Overall, still satisfied with the services from the cleaners and admin. :)
- 5 stars, 15 Jun 2026: Engaged HSE for post-reno cleaning earlier this year and they did a fantastic job. Even though we had problems with our water supply, they found a way to fix the issue and my home was spotless at the end of their session. Very friendly, hardworking, and punctual. Will definitely engage again if i need any big cleaning services.
- 5 stars, 3 Apr 2026: Have engaged them thrice for deep cleaning, once for post renovation and twice for annual spring clean. As we have cats the house gets quite dirty but we can always count on them to reset our house to a noticeably squeaky clean state.
