- 5 stars, 11 Sep 2026: service is good detailed explanation able to customized and meet our needs
- 5 stars, 6 Sep 2026: The service is great. Price of the doors and gates are reasonable. The company has a wide variety of doors/ gates to choose from. Jackson , the sales personnel explained in detail the products and gave good advice. No hard selling. When there was a delay( a few hours) in the delivery of product he told me the reason and ensure that the products sent were in accordance to our needs. Very professional in dealing with his customers. The workers who installed the doors/gate were meticulous in their work, ensuring that the gate/doors were installed properly. Overall excellent service.
- 1 stars, 4 Sep 2026: Quality of the door is terrible and inferior to other brands. Doors started to rot and peel just 3 weeks after installation. Material is thin and noise pass through easily. We had to engage another company to replace our doors. Price is also not transparent on their website. They will quote you a bunch of other top ups during the discussion. It ended up 150% of the original price. Proceed only if you like to waste money

He provided us with detailed advice, carefully understood our needs, and recommended the most suitable options instead of simply trying to sell us products. What impressed us most was his patience, attention to detail, and willingness to explain everything clearly. We felt very comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Excellent service and great expertise — definitely one of the best consultants we’ve met!
