- 5 stars, 18 Jun 2026: Had been using their services for ac repairs and servicing whilst having an insufferable Samsung ac set bought from courts and whilst the ac has been a headache, infinity air has been a godsend in assisting me thru the numerous issues over the years. We decided to purchase a new Mitsubishi electric ac directly from Infinity. Lynette and the entire team came in strong and gave us the best work ever. If you do need a reliable team/company that will deliver, I definitely do recommend Infinity Air Pte Ltd. Ps: once again, thank you Lynette

He was very patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and gave us professional advice that helped us make the right decisions. After the renovation was completed, Ko, Nyi, and Sam came to do the installation. They were careful with our newly renovated house, and very skilled — the entire process was smooth and efficient. - 1 stars, 30 May 2025: Run away FAST from this company. Extremely disappointed with this company's lack of reliability and honesty. We had been using Infinite AC for a couple of years now. During one of the recent routine maintenance, the technician advised us to do a chemical wash aka optional and, he claimed that we cannot do it on the same day as our neighbours are not informed prior. So we decided to arrange for another visit to do the chemical wash. My bro called CS Jessica to schedule the appointment for it and had confirmed with her that their technicians will conduct the notice to the neighbours below. Lo to

I called ahead to confirm the appointment time a few days prior, but on the day of the appointment, they caused delays. This level of dishonesty and untrustworthiness led to us having to cancel the service. I would not recommend this company based on this experience
