- 5 stars, 20 Aug 2026: Fantastic services. They arranged someone to pick up my laptop almost immediately the moment I contacted them. They analyzed my laptop overnight and found out both my ssd and hdd harddisk are badly damaged and unusable. My motherboard was also slightly burnt. They replaced my ssd and hdd and even managed to restore the data inside the harddisk that I couldn't afford to lose. They also repaired my motherboard, added cooling gel and chemical clean it. Took them less than 2 days to get it working like a gem again. After it was repaired, they immediately contacted me and couriered my laptop to me.

- 5 stars, 31 Jul 2026: I contacted Intelligent Computer Services on a Sunday afternoon with, in my view, a serious issue in that my laptop could not detect a wifi signal and where I was due to give a client presentation the following day. John provided trouble shooting over the phone and then gave me a solution which involved rushing to Challenger at 9pm on a Sunday evening from where he supported me over the phone in the purchase of a replacement part which solved the problem. At all times John gave good, logical advice which as a result saved the day. My laptop is working, I was able to give the client presentatio

Searched for BitLocker rescue and came across INTELLIGENT COM. System. You know how you are skeptical calling or texting some random advert / online search ? I was too…but am I glad I called!! From the first text response - to a calm call back - to a Working throughout the weekend - to Completely Resolving my problem !!! I was extremely worried because all our important data was stored inside and losing it would have been a disaster for us. Thankfully, John from Intelligent Computer Services was very professional, patient and efficient in helping me. He managed to diagnose and solve the problem very quickly, and most importantly, helped protect and recover our important data. I am truly very grateful for his help and expertise. - 4 stars, 14 Mar 2026: Service professional I would say moderate. Picking up service is fast upon confirmation straight send someone pick up. Customer service not so fast but fairly they will reply you, and have keep asking for updates. Workmanship is good, coz my files are recovered. However time frame, not fast, in a case you're very urgent need the files. Price is reasonable. Anyway thank you team for recovering my precious files.

John helped me to troubleshoot and explained the possible issues. After trying his recommended course of action, it worked. Thank you John for your patience and help. Saved me time and headache.
