Photographic evidence revealed that the original contractor had completely failed to seal the skylight edges, choosing ins

- 5 stars, 16 May 2026: I engaged J&K last August 2025 to waterproof my roof and erect awnings , painting and some other works. This is a long overdue review and I thought it would be appropriate now as i am able to provide a more accurate account of their work and follow up service.I am very satisfied with the result and even when I called them for a non related follow up work they actually responded and assist. Kudos to Kevin and his team namely his manager Darren and staff , Ripon. They are not the cheapest in the market but definitely money well spent.
