From the start, Alvin (Operations Admin) was incredibly patient and professional. Despite my frequent changes to the item list prior to moving day, he accommodated every request without complaint and also adjusted the charges for me accordingly, making the coordination process completely stress-free. On the day of the move, two team of 5 staff arrived promptly and worked with impressive efficiency. Their teamwork was seamless, and they

June, who initially handled my booking, told me over the phone that the move would start at 9 AM and finish by 12 PM. I planned my day accordingly. However, the confirmation she later sent stated that 9 AM to 12 PM was just the arrival window. The movers didn’t arrive until 11:57 AM. By then, I had already started moving kitchen and bathroom items myself. Luckily, I was moving to another floor within the same building, so it was manageable — but I wasn’t given any heads-up, and June didn’
